The Barn
The Barn is a large, multi-purpose hall of 112 square metres of timber floored hall, suitable for parties, events, and functions. It is air conditioned and includes a large kitchen including commercial oven and dishwasher, and both male, female and disability access toilets. The facility is wheelchair accessible through the rear entrance.
Village Well – workshop room
This room can be configured for a range of different requirements, and can seat up to 20 people at tables, or 30 with auditorium seating. The room is air conditioned and includes a large whiteboard and digital projector. It is ideal for smaller forums, workshops, consultations and group events. It also includes access to a small kitchenette.
Village Well – meeting room
This room seats approximately 6-10 people and is ideal for small group meetings, book clubs and other discussion groups. The room is air conditioned and includes access to a small kitchenette.
The Gallery
The Gallery is a warm and inviting space, attached to the main church sanctuary, with soft seating and a flexible layout suitable for small groups, meetings and small events. As the space has been an art gallery in the past, it is also set up for art exhibitions and launches. It is air conditioned and includes a small kitchenette and fridge, as well as an accessible toilet.
Village Well – multipurpose space
This space is located on the second floor at 5 Ellingworth Parade. It is a flexible, open space which can be divided into two separate spaces if required. It includes soft seating, a large open space and a small kitchenette. It is ideal for workshops, support groups, youth events, etc. It is air conditioned , and a small outdoor area is included which contains a barbecue and table/seating.
Kitchen
The kitchen, co-located with the Barn, is also available to be hired out separately for food preparation. It is registered with Whitehorse Council and includes a large gas range and oven, commercial dishwasher, microwave and large preparation areas.
